The Liberty Starship Enterprise is a flying disc whose atomic aero and astronautical anti-gravitational flying mechanisms and techniques, heretofore never used by man will be developed and built in the highest private and proprietary secrecy for futuristic (within 4 to 30 years after feasibility studies are made and capital is raised) for family travel and transportation; to insure national security, military strength and world leadership; industrialized the stratosphere; speed transportation; increase commerce; reverse American world trade deficit; and relieve world hunger and improve the general well being of all mankind.

Due to the attractive nature of the Liberty Starship Enterprise's capacity and potential to be utilized by the general public as a transportation vehicle, resistence for the general use of atomic power will be virtually eliminated and a new era for science, medicine, industry, aerospace and commerce will be ushered in and massively increase employment in all areas of national and world economy.

The flying disc will be built to replace cars, trucks, aircraft, satellites, cranes, helicopters, boats, campers, etc. and ultimately become the foundation of a futuristic mothership for outerspace. The disc will have VTOL (vertical take off and landing) pinpoint 180 degrees, zig-zag and 90 degrees turning capabilities; attitudes and flight techniques and hovering capabilities that will virtually make it the most promising and yet most lethal maneuverable machine known to man. The culmination and end of inventions.

Powered by twin nuclear cryogenic cyclotron engines, the VTOL Flying machine has no wings, propellers, rudder, airlerons, elevators, trimtabs, or flaps; but, will bank, dive, yaw and turn as any other aircraft and will have hovering capabilities, exit and re-enter the earth's atmosphere as an independent self-contained stabilized vehicle capable of sustaining life for several years regardless of weather or atmospheric conditions. Fully controlled at all times by a pilot or radio control device on earth, it will be capable of changing direction at any given moment. It will fly solo by computer to any destination on earth; solar system and/or universe or house a single pilot or small colony of scientists to probe the universe for several years.

Its VTOL capabilities will eliminate expensive landing strips and highways, its buoyancy will make it safe over water and able to land on such and act as a boat, land vertically and softly on a 60 foot square piece of ground or land on top of office buildings, or the side of sky scrapers, making it a highly versatile ship. The Liberty Starship Enterprise sheds no fuel tanks, hardware or debris in space to endanger life below or create health hazards in the future.

It can be used as a retrievable satellite to facilitate repairs and retrieve currently disabled satellites and provide untransmittable data. It could also be used simulatenous as a nuclear power plant, a particle physics research center, and a dental and medical lab in outerspace. Under certain chosen flight techniques and patterns it will never emit heat, light, noise or create vapors, a prevalent problem with current military aircraft; but flight capabilities necessary for our present national security. Truly, not only the car of the future but the space station and transportation vehicle of the next millennia.
